Fully Inclusive Service Agreements

Also known as “copy click” or “meter scheme” contracts, this option charges you based on the number of copies or prints you make. It includes all parts, consumables, call-outs, and labour costs—offering complete peace of mind with no hidden fees or unexpected charges.

Low Usage Contracts

Ideal for customers with lower print volumes who still want the reassurance of full support. This plan is based on our Fully Inclusive Agreement but includes a minimal monthly charge to reflect your lighter usage.

Pay As You Go

A flexible, no-commitment option that gives you access to our expert support as and when you need it—without signing up for a contract.
